Salchichón Pizza

Step by step:

1. Mix together all the dried ingredients;flour, salt and yeast. 2. Then pour the olive oil and the milk 3. While mixing, gradually add the water, and keep doing it until it turns into a dought. 4. On a floured surface knead the dough until you get a smooth and elastic texture. 5. Transfer it into a oiled bowl, and cover it with a plastic wrap until it doubles sizes, about 1 ½ hour. 6. Once it's risen, knowck it back and devide into 2 balls and let it rest again until it doubles sizes 7. During this time, cut the mushrooms in slices 8. Shape the dough, and on top, add some oil and mushrooms, put it on the oven between 10-12 minutes. Once cooked,add the salchichón and the arugula with a little bit of more oil on it. 9. It's perfect to be shared!
