Risotto with Serrano

Step by step:

1. Chop the onion 2. Then on a pan put some vegetable oil, and some unsalted butter 3. Sauté the onion until translucent and soft 4. Then add the rice and the garlic powder, and mix it well with the onions 5. Pour half of the chicken stock and keep removing until it has absorbed the liquid 6. Add the other half of the stock and do the same until it has absorbed everything 7. Then add the cheese, salt, pepper and mix everything very well 8. After that add the diced carrot and the special ingredient; the Crispy Serrano Ham
