Potatoes with Delizias chorizo and egg

Step by step:

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 2. Peel and chop the potatoes. 3. Cut the slices of Chorizo Delizias into small strips. 4. Pour the Chorizo Delizias strips and the potatoes in the mini cocotte and mix. 5. Shell the egg and add it on top. 6. Sprinkle with red pepper and put the uncovered mini cocotte in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

4 slices of Delizias Noel Chorizo 150g of potatoes 2 tablespoons of vegetable broth 1 egg Salt Red paprika (sweet or spicy)
