Spicy Chorizo With Butter Beans

Step by step:

1. Put 1 ½ inch of water into a pot, enough to cover the beans 2. Boil on high heat and then cover for 30 minutes 3. Drain the beans and rinse 4. On a pot put 1 inch of water and add the chicken or vegetable bouillon, the garlic, the onion, salt and the beans. 5. Let it boil on high heat, and then on simmer for about 50-60 min until the beans get tender. In case they are too dry, add 1/4 of water. 6.
