A cured pork sausage combinin flavour and Catalan tradition. Made from a selection of premium-quality meat, following the original rècipe. The same recipe as that used for generations by charcuterie masters in the northeast of the Iberian Peninsula. A specialty worthy of being among the best appetisers.

Pork meat, lactose, salt, acidity regulator (sodium lactate), powdered milk, black pepper, preservatives ( lactic acid,potassium nitrate), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), colouring (cochineal). Natural edible casing.
