NOEL IBÉRICO HAM SLICES FILLED WITH CRUNCHY ONION
- 6 slices of Noel Ibérico ham
- 1 onion
- 6 slices of toasted bread
- Cut the onion into small cubes, flour them and fry on a temperature below 160º, until lightly brown.
- Leave the onion to air dry for a whole day on a blotting paper.
- Fill in every slice of Noel Ibérico ham with the fried onion and roll it.
- Put the rolls on the slices of toasted bread.
