NOEL IBÉRICO HAM SLICES FILLED WITH CRUNCHY ONION

Ingredients:
  • 6 slices of Noel Ibérico ham
  • 1 onion
  • 6 slices of toasted bread
Preparation:
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes, flour them and fry on a temperature below 160º, until lightly brown.
  2. Leave the onion to air dry for a whole day on a blotting paper.
  3. Fill in every slice of Noel Ibérico ham with the fried onion and roll it.
  4. Put the rolls on the slices of toasted bread.
